OVERVIEW
Al-Nusrat Academy of Sciences is committed to provide quality education in a disciplined, respectful, and supportive environment. Admissions shall be based on merit, academic potential, character, available seats, and the suitability of the student for the relevant class/program.
The Academy welcomes students without discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, colour, gender, or socioeconomic background.
SECTION 1: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Academic Standards: Students must meet the academic prerequisites of the class or program for which admission is sought.
- Past Performance: Admission to higher classes normally requires demonstrated good performance in the previous institution/class.
- Seat Availability: All admissions remain strictly subject to the availability of seats in the relevant branch/grade.
SECTION 2: ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The admission process consists of six sequential steps:
- Step 1 — Registration: Submission of the official Admission/Registration Form along with required candidate details.
- Step 2 — Academic Assessment: An entrance or placement test conducted according to the relevant class level.
- Step 3 — Interview: An interactive session with the candidate and parent/guardian (where required).
- Step 4 — Merit Evaluation: Evaluation of academic history, assessment scores, interview results, and seat capacity.
- Step 5 — Admission Offer: Issuance of formal admission confirmation to successful candidates.
- Step 6 — Fee Payment & Enrollment: Final enrollment confirmation upon completion of document submission and required fee clearance.
Note: Registration alone does not guarantee admission.
SECTION 3: REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
Parents/guardians must submit the following verified documents:
- Completed Admission Form
- Student’s B-Form / Birth Certificate copy
- Recent passport-size photographs of the student
- Copy of Parent / Guardian’s CNIC
- Current school’s Report Card / Result Card
- Any additional documents required by the Academy or relevant educational board
SECTION 4: MERIT & PRIORITY CRITERIA
Where applications exceed total seat capacity, preference is awarded based on:
- Entrance test performance
- Current academic track record
- Interview and assessment evaluation
- Availability in the desired class
- Existing students applying for re-enrollment
- Siblings of currently enrolled students (subject to Academy policy)
SECTION 5: FEE POLICY & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- Clear Communication: Admission and registration charges are communicated prior to enrollment.
- Monthly Due Date: Tuition fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.
- Official Receipts: All payments must be supported by an official Academy receipt.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Admission and registration fees are non-refundable once admission is confirmed.
- Security Deposit: Any security deposit introduced shall be refundable according to Academy withdrawal rules.
- Financial Assistance: Concessions and scholarships may be granted to deserving students based on approved criteria.
SECTION 6: FEE CONCESSIONS
Al-Nusrat Academy offers fee concessions based on:
- Documented financial need
- Sibling enrollment
- Special cases approved by executive management
Note: All concessions are subject to approved criteria and available budget allocations.
SECTION 7: MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships are awarded for exceptional academic performance upon official result verification:
- Outstanding Academic Achievement
- Exceptional Talent
- 9th Board Examination: 540 or more marks
- Matriculation Examination: 1160 or more marks
- 1st Year Intermediate (F.Sc / ICS): 500 or more marks
Note: Scholarships remain subject to management approval and criteria verification.
SECTION 8: DISCIPLINE & CODE OF CONDUCT
Admission signifies full acceptance of the followings:
- Academy’s Code of Conduct, academic regulations, attendance requirements and examination rules.
- Students must display respectful behavior towards faculty, administrative staff, and peers at all times.
- Parents/guardians and students must sign an official undertaking agreeing to follow all Academy policies.
SECTION 9: ATTENDANCE POLICY
Regular attendance is mandatory for academic continuity.
- Permissible Leave: A maximum of 3 leaves per month is permitted strictly under compelling circumstances with prior notice.
- Automatic Cancellation: A 4th absence in a single month results in the immediate cancellation of enrollment.
- Re-admission: Rejoining after cancellation requires formal re-admission approval.
SECTION 10: WITHDRAWAL & LEAVING PROCEDURE
- Parents/guardians wishing to withdraw a student must submit a written request at least one month in advance.
- Prior to leaving the Academy, all outstanding tuition fees and applicable fines/damages must be fully cleared.
SECTION 11: CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
The Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if:
- Information or documents are found to be false or misleading.
- The student fails to meet academic prerequisites.
- Fees or documents are not submitted within specified deadlines.
- Serious disciplinary violations occur.
SECTION 12: FINAL AUTHORITY
The Chairman and Executive Management hold final authority regarding admissions, placement, scholarships, discipline, and policy interpretation.
